Activity 01 · Foundation

Connection & trust

Before discussing complex global issues, the group needed a common ground: safety, trust, curiosity and space for every voice.

This phase helped participants from three countries move from being separate national groups to one international learning community. It reduced uncertainty, created shared expectations and made later cooperation more honest and inclusive.
